Hillis Leads Lady Eagles To First District Win
Chloe Hillis scored a game high 16 points in Van Buren County’s 69 to 32 victory over Richard Hardy Tuesday night.
After a tightly contested first quarter in which the Lady Eagles led 18 to 12, they poured on the offense and ratcheted up the defense.
A 19 point second quarter blew the game open for Van Buren County. All eight players that dressed for the Lady Eagles scored at least five points.
