Blue Devils A Perfect Mix Of Youth And Senority

Do not let the record fool you, 4-3-1 is deceiving, when it comes to the capability of the Blue Devils on the soccer pitch to have a special season.

According to assistant coach Jordan Bryant, this years team balances three seniors with experience and leadership, with a youthful influx of talent that does not seem to wither or cower under pressure.

Case and point; the team may be just 4-3-1 overall, but they are 3-1 in district games, when it matters.

They also have a chance down the stretch to face several bigger, or just as talented teams, and see where they stand entering the post season.

Macon, Smith, Cannon, Upperman, and LA all still find themselves on the Blue Devils schedule, meaning Jackson could rack up wins, have several close losses, or stay right around .500. However, no matter what, they will see high level competition that prepares them to make a deep run, and coach Bryant sees it that way as well.
