BREAKING: Bulldogs And Pickett Co Football Cancelled For COVID19

Per Clay County head football coach Jake Johnson their contest, in Byrdstown, against Pickett County has been cancelled due to a positive Covid19 test within the Pickett County football program.

No makeup game is to be scheduled. Per the guidelines set out by the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association Clay County will be awarded a region victory.

With Clay County’s game against Pickett County cancelled the Bulldogs will now have two weeks off before the host White County, in Celina, on Thursday, October 15th. Clay County is on by week  the week of October 9th.

Pickett County next game on the docket is scheduled to be against Jackson County on October 9th, in Byrdstown.
