Slow Third Quarter Dooms Lady Blue Devils Basketball

The Jackson County girls basketball team struggled putting the ball in the basket in the third quarter against Watertown in their 43-31 loss Monday night in Gainesboro.

The Blue Devils trailed by nine at halftime and only scored two points in the third quarter to push their deficit at the start of the fourth quarter to 34-18.

Jacklyn Agee scored 10 points to lead the Lady Blue Devils.  Emma Crockett scored nine points and Ericka Davidson scored seven points for Jackson County.

Jackson County will be back in action against Van Buren County this Friday night in Spenser at 6 P.M.
