Pickett Boys Win First Game Of Pickett Co Thanksgiving Classic
The Pickett County boys basketball team beat Smith County 67-45, in the first round of the Pickett County Thanksgiving Classic on Friday night.
Zach Amonett scored all 25 of his points in the first three quarters. Amonett was dialed in from beyond the arch as he hit seven three’s.
Mark Smith did all of his damage in the first three quarters as well. Smith scored 14 against Smith County.
Luke Smith and Slayde Copeland each scored seven points a piece.
Pickett County will play again Saturday night against Oneida at 6:30 P.M.
