Lady Wildcats Reach 10th Win Of Season Against Warren Co

Double digit performances from Anna Beth Colson, Hailey Cronk, and Suzanna Hayes propelled the Livingston Academy (10-8, 2-1) girls basketball team past Warren County (2-14), 48 to 35 Monday night in McMinnville.

Warren County owned a five point first quarter lead and found themselves in a tie ball game at halftime. Livingston Academy outscored the Lady Pioneers 30 to 17 in the second half to pull away.

Colson scored a game high 14 points for the Lady Wildcats. Cronk added 13 points as she hit five of her six free throws. Hayes dropped in 10 points for LA.

Beth Vaughn led Warren County in scoring with 11 points and Erica Cantrell added nine points of her own.

Warren County will be back in action Tuesday night in Baxter, against the Upperman Bees. While Livingston will host district rival Macon County Friday night.
