Clay County Bulldogs Stunned in Semifinals

The Clay County Bulldogs fell to the Peabody Golden Tide 51-43 in the 1A State Semifinals tonight. Neither team shot the ball well as there was just one made three in the whole ball game. That three gave the Golden Tide just enough momentum to get to the finish line and take down the Bulldogs. Grant Strong posted 19 points and 12 rebounds while Keaton Arms had 9 points and 8 rebounds. The Bulldogs finish the season with a record of 24-7 and a 1A State Semifinal appearance. Hear from head coach Rob Edwards, junior Keaton Arms and senior Grant Strong after the game.
