Clay County Bulldogs Cruise to Semifinals

The Clay County Bulldogs dispatched the North Greene Huskies 70-42 in the 1A State Quarterfinals this afternoon in Murfreesboro. Grant Strong led the Bulldogs with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists while Keaton Arms added a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Bulldogs shot 93% from the charity stripe on their way to victory and will now meet the winner of McKenzie and Peabody in the 1A Semifinals tomorrow evening at 5:45.
