Wildcats Basketball Remains Perfect Against Van Buren Co

The Monterey Wildcats have now scored 8o plus points in five of their seven games this season with an 84-59 win over Van Buren County Tuesday night in Spenser.

Montery’s Peyton West led all scorers with 23 points. While Van Buren County’s Jacob Guy tallied 17 points for the Eagles.

Cayden Jones added 16 points for the Wildcats and teammate Kevin Borjas contributed 11 points.

Steven England and Austin Hodges each scored 11 points for Van Buren County.

Van Buren County travels to Sequatchie County Thursday night, while Monterey will host White County in a huge showdown in the Upper Cumberland.

Both game are set to tip off at 6 P.M.
