White Co’s Welch Hopes Improved Workouts Leads To State Appearance
When asked about last year, White County Junior Abigail Welch will tell you that she had some trouble with the workouts and that shin splints limited her late in the year.
This year, she believes that she’s improved everywhere she needed to and hopes that it leads to an appearance at the State Meet.
