Van Buren Triple Threat Smooth Sailing

We have discussed it before, but I will say again, there is nothing more fun to me, than finding the athletes at these smaller schools, in these amazing communities, that give their all for their institution.

Playing multiple sports, or participating in multiple spirit enthused activities, it is also so fun to chat about how they make it work.

Kara Mills at Van Buren high is one of those special young athletes.

Representing the lady eagles on the hardwood both in volleyball and basketball, as well as on the diamond in softball.

As I said though, how does she do it? Simple, she doesn’t want to suck.
