Two players on a high school softball team signing to play at the next level is something special, and may be normal for some programs, but certainly is not the norm for the Lady Cavaliers.
Now Cookeville is doing something even the best programs rarely if ever do, they have four members of their senior class signed to play at the next level.
Kylie Kleppin and Madison Lancaster have joined Julie Martin and Laylah Turner, as the most recent Lady Cavs to put pen to paper and commit to a college softball career.
We had the chance to speak once again with head coach Jordan Webb and then with Kleppin and Lancaster, about what a momentous and amazing accomplishment this is, and of course why they chose to sign where they did.
