Stone Picks Up Cumberland Co, Cleveland After The King’s Academy Cancels

The Stone Memorial basketball teams have experienced the brunt of the scheduling cancellations thus far this season, and it continued on Monday when The King’s Academy cancelled their games in Crossville, per Stone Athletic Director Lance Kennedy.

This game was a replacement for another scheduled contest with Upperman, though that was cancelled officially on Dec. 14.

To make up for the lost game, the Lady Panthers will play Cleveland on Thursday at home at 5 P.M.

The girls junior varsity team will also play Cleveland at 3:15 P.M. on Thursday, and the boys JV team will play Cumberland County at 6:30 P.M.

The Panthers Varsity team have not picked up a game for Thursday as of now.
