Mr. Basketball Spotlight: Livingston Academy’s Matthew Sells

With the regular season for boys and girls basketball hitting the home stretch, we will be spotlighting different Mr. and Miss Basketball candidates around the Upper Cumberland.

Today, we take a look at Livingston Academy Senior Matthew Sells.

Sells is currently averaging 24.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game, and has also been a force on the defensive end with almost three steals a game. He’s a two-time district player of the year, and he’s scored over 2,300 points in his career.

In the classroom, Sells currently owns a 4.2 GPA and is a member of the school’s Beta Club.
