Monday Night Girls Hoop Recap: Clarkrange, White Co Pick Up Wins

Clarkrange 73, Oneida 36

The Clarkrange Lady Buffaloes took a massive lead into the halftime break and didn’t relent in the second, as they cruised to a 73-36 victory over Oneida.

Kassie Monday led the way with 22 points, while Kaylie Monday added 16 points. Mattie Bush scored 14 points of her own.

Clarkrange’s next contest will be on Dec. 15 against Jackson County.

White County 92, Sequatchie County 41

The Warriorettes held a 25-9 lead after one quarter and that was as close as it got on Monday night, as White County earned a 92-41 win over Sequatchie County.

Gracie Dodgen led all scorers with 21 points, while Alaina Stiles scored 12 points. Mia Murray scored 11 points and Celeste Reed added 10 points of her own.

White County will be back in action on Friday when they play at Science Hill.
