Coach K And His Lady Tigers Ahead Of Schedule

Many teams across the the region go about summer work and workouts differently. Optional, just conditioning, team bonding, camps, new terms and new systems, etc.

Coach K and the Lady Tigers of DeKalb County, do it all.

Starting as early as possible and implementing all of the above, except camp this year as the schedule was conflicting.

What does that look like though? How do you balance strategy and conditioning, bonding but competing, and for the Lady Tigers specifically, losing 12 seniors over the last two years.

Coach K feels confident, though their is plenty to work on.
