The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a freeze warning for portions of eastern Inyo County (CA), northeastern Clark County (NV), and south-central to southern Mohave County (AZ).
The warning is in force from late tonight until early Tuesday morning, when temperatures are expected to drop to between 28°F and 32°F. This is the first freeze of the season in Shoshone, Tecopa, Moapa, Mesquite, Bunkerville, Kingman, and Golden Valley.
Residents should turn off sprinklers, cover vulnerable plants, and bring pets indoors to avoid cold-related damage or harm.
