1A Final AP Poll Has Lady Bobcats Ranked Fifth

Pickett County’s girls basketball team finished the season with a 25-2 overall record and a 12-2 district record. Pickett’s lone two losses on the year came to Clarkrange who finished the season as the fourth ranked team in 1A basketball.

Pickett County finished second in the District Six, Single A district tournament. They Lady Bobcats play host to South Pittsburg, Friday night in Byrdstown at 7 P.M.
