York XC’s Gage Campbell on Season & Upcoming Regionals

Today, the York Dragons Cross Country team will host the Sgt. York Invitational XC Meet. This is the final regular season meet for the Dragons with regionals just a week away.

Ahead of the meet, we spoke with one of the runner on the Dragons XC team. Gage Campbell is a junior at Alvin C. York Institute and a third year high school cross country runner. Hear from Gage about his experience & improvement this season, and what he looks forward to about regionals.
