Sophomore Plays Big Role For Dragonettes

At so many schools across the Upper Cumberland, underclassmen are asked to contribute and play critical roles.

For a Dragonettes volleyball program entering just their second year of returning to competition, underclassmen, or that is any experience will be extra crucial.

Many Dragonettes also do double duty playing basketball and volleyball. This is not only due to the size of the school and amount of athletes, but also the fact that coach Michael Green heads up both squads and the two sports are natural transitions.

For both basketball and volleyball, Raylee Werner, a sophomore, is one of those underclassmen that will need to help bolster the backbone of two highly successful programs.
