Livingston Academy senior quarterback Will McDonald finished his high school football career at the Mr. Football Awards held at Nissan Stadium, Monday afternoon.
Tim Coutras won the Class 4A Mr. Football award, which McDonald was a finalist for.
High school head coaches and members of the media nominated the finalist. A committee of statewide sports writers selected winners based on their performance during the 2019 regular season. Awards were presented to the top football players in each of the nine Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association.
“Today is such an outstanding honor for all 30 of the young men recognized today at the Tennessee Titans Mr. Football Awards,” said Bernard Childress, Executive Director of the TSSAA.
