Dragonette Soccer Picks Up Where They Left Off

York Institute’s girls soccer team picked up their dominate play right where they left off last season, with a 6-0 shut out season opener against Watertown, Thursday afternoon in Jamestown.

Makennzi Brannon started her season off on the right fort with a three goal outing to go along with three assist. Kaylea Fields also tallied a hat trick with three goals of her own.

Mikaela Reagan shut down all 11 shots on goal that came her way. The Dragonettes will play again next Thursday afternoon, in Woodburry, against Cannon County.
