Blue Devils Basketball Pulls Away In The Second Half

The Jackson County Blue Devils (1-0) defended their home court with a 67-47 victory over Livingston Academy (0-1) Thursday night in Gainesboro.

Jackson County’s Chris Pigg tied for a game high 19 with Livingston’s Matt Sells.

Eli Burris added 15 points for the Blue Devils and Will McDonald dropped 14 for LA.

Livingston only hit two three’s in comparison to Jackson County’s four made attempts from beyond the arch.

Jackson County will take the court again this coming Tuesday against Watertown at 6 P.M. in Wilson County.

Livingston plays in a Hall of Fame game day this Saturday.
