Big Second Quarter Lifts Dragons Over Red Boiling Springs

The York Institute Dragons defeated Red Boiling Springs behind an offensive explosion in the second quarter, winning by a final score of 70-57.

Tied at 14 after one, the Dragons out-scored RBS 28-14 in the second quarter and maintained that advantage to the end of the game.

Roger Meadows led York with 21 points, while Noah Smith scored 18 points. Riley Cooper added 11.

Dalton Marsh scored a game-high 30 points for Red Boiling Springs.

York will play in the championship game of the Sergeant York Christmas Invitational on Saturday against Clay County.
