Two Upper Cumberland Coaches Are Stepping Down

Two of the most successful coaches from this past fall season are stepping down. White County football’s Mark Frasier and Livingston Academy girls’ soccer’s David Sadler both resigned yesterday.

White County football had their most successful season this year under coach Frasier going 9-3 and 4-2 in Region 5-5A. They won their first ever playoff football game when they beat Franklin County in round 1 49-30. Coach Frasier took over in 2019 for a team that had gone 0-10 in their previous two seasons. His four year tenure ends with a total record of (24-17) and a 5A playoff second round appearance.

The Livingston Academy Lady Wildcats have dominated their last four seasons under head coach David Sadler. They reached two state tournaments (2020 and 2022) and won their first ever state tournament game in 2020. Sadler also coaches the boys team at LA and will coach them in the spring.
