On Sunday, November 30, 2025, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office performed a traffic stop in the 13700 block of Repa Lane in North Harris County, prompting a drugs investigation.
During the stop, deputies apprehended three occupants of the vehicle and recovered roughly 8.5 grams of powdered cocaine and $3,500 in cash, which they think were proceeds from narcotics activities.
Royshana LaShone King, 26, Roy Edward King, 48, and Shelta Annette Bonney, 50, have all been arrested. All three were charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and organized crime. They were sent to the Harris County Jail. Court dates and bond information have not yet been determined.
