Stephen Lee Seiter, a 40-year-old from Friendswood, was arrested on Wednesday in League City, Texas, after being caught on security tape entering a home and stealing prescription medication.
According to a press statement from the Friendswood Field Support Unit, the arrest came after a Harris County felony warrant for burglary of a habitation was issued.
Seiter, a home health professional, was seen on camera on November 3 entering a residence in the 16800 block of Barcelona Drive while the elderly homeowner was hospitalized.
The arrest occurred on the 100 block of Avery Springs Lane.
