According to the report, before police arrived, Bull fled with the stolen goods. An officer stated that he made touch with Bull down the road from the Home Depot and attempted to conceal. Police said that after calling for Bull to surrender, he fled into surrounding woods, and cops did not pursue him. More arrest warrants were filed for Bull.
