The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing 17-year-old girls.
Deputies report that they last saw Briauna Welch and Cheyenne Strickland in Vina on September 6.
The teenagers’ clothing and direction of travel remain unclear. Authorities suspect they could be in Russellville or Colbert County.
Both Welch and Strickland stand about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh roughly 120 pounds. Welch has gray eyes and blonde hair, whereas Strickland has brown eyes and red hair.
Anyone with information on their location should call the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
