Authorities in Shelby Township are investigating a double homicide after two men were found dead inside a local auto shop Friday afternoon.
Police say officers were called to Star Auto Sales on Ryan Road around 12:28 p.m. for a welfare check when they discovered the bodies of a 48-year-old Clinton Township man and a 40-year-old Shelby Township man.
As of 3:45 p.m., officers remained on the scene as the investigation continued. Police have not said whether any arrests have been made.
