Police in Mexico Arrest Woman Wanted for South Florida Murder

Authorities have taken into custody a woman wanted for murder in South Florida.

Miami-Dade homicide detectives arrested Ariely Alvarez Cabrera, one of the two suspects accused of killing Daylon Fleitas Gonzalez.

Detectives reported that the victim was last seen with Alfredo Carballo Gonzalez, and his body was later discovered inside a recycling bin.

Police confirmed that Cabrera, Carballo’s girlfriend, was arrested Monday in Mexico and extradited to South Florida.

Authorities assured that the couple’s 5-month-old baby is safe.

Carballo remains on the run, and police consider him armed and dangerous.
