Deputies in Panola County, Mississippi, said one man died and another was charged with murder during an assault on Thursday.
Deputies responded to an incident on Butler Road and discovered Michael Wayne Ford, 47, dead in the driveway.
According to a 911 call, the assailant’s name is Jamichael Ford.
Deputies apprehended Jamichael Ford as he walked out of the house.
He was transported to the Panola County Detention Center and charged with first-degree murder.
