A man has been released on bond after Marion County Sheriff’s deputies claim he was involved in a road rage incident and yelled racial slurs.
Deputies say Brian Roberts, 46, of Ocala, became enraged at another guy for blaring his horn on Monday night.
Roberts began following the victim and eventually cornered him on a dead-end road near Ocala.
According to deputies, Roberts hit the man numerous times in the face and used derogatory language at him.
Roberts is scheduled to be arraigned in court on November 12.
