The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of several men accused of brutally robbing a customer at a Southeast D.C. store earlier this week.
Police said the robbery occurred around 2:28 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, in the 2200 block of Alabama Avenue, SE.
According to investigators, the men entered the business, assaulted someone, grabbed their belongings, and fled the scene.
The victim was brought to the hospital and is expected to recover.
MPD has released CCTV video of the alleged robbers just before the incident.
Anyone who recognizes the individuals or has information should not approach them; instead, call police at 202-727-9099 or text tips to 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
The investigation is underway.
