UPDATE: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has announced that John Fox has been located safe in Clarksville.
ORIGINAL: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued a Silver Alert for 86-year-old John Fox, who was reported missing in Lebanon.
TBI reports that Fox stands 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last spotted wearing black trousers and a black long-sleeved shirt on West Main Street.
According to investigators, Fox may be driving a 2002 black Ford Ranger with a Tennessee license plate that reads BFY8372.
Authorities say he has a medical issue that may limit his ability to return safely without help.
