BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a 60-year-old man who died in a crash Sunday night near Kernville.
The coroner’s office said Andrew Bill Mace, 60, of Bakersfield, was killed in the collision.
The crash happened around 8:40 p.m. on Dec. 14 along North Burlando Road near Plater Road in Kernville. According to the coroner’s release, Mace was driving a vehicle that overturned and left the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to his injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
