Irving Man Detained After Stabbing And Punching Boyfriend During Argument

On October 18, 2025, around 7:25 p.m., Irving Police officers responded to a domestic dispute at the Villas at Beaver Creek Apartments in the 800 block of N. Meadow Creek Drive in Las Colinas. Dispatch informed cops that the reporting party’s lover had stabbed him in the arm and head, as well as twice in the head.

When officers arrived, the victim, 30-year-old Fernando Nahuel Soraire, told them that during an argument, his boyfriend, 29-year-old Osmar Ochosy Romero-Sarrion, punched him several times in the arm and head before grabbing a kitchen knife and threatening to kill him.

The victim informed officers that Romero-Sarrion told him in Spanish, “quedate tranquilo que yo te voy a matar, que es mejor que te vayas de acá,” which translates to “remain calm, I will kill you, it’s best that you leave.” The knife’s handle reportedly snapped off when pressed against his neck.

Soraire suffered a minor laceration on the left side of his neck and red marks on the back of his head. Officers found the shattered knife in the kitchen.

Romero-Sarrion rejected the charges, but after reviewing the evidence and witness accounts, he was detained and charged with domestic violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
