Harris County Deputies Apprehend Woman on Terroristic Threat Warrant and Charge Her with Resisting Arrest

Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office apprehended Ashayla Davis on Monday in the 20300 block of Fox Stone Lane.

According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, she was arrested on an open warrant for terroristic threat in connection with a previous case.

Deputies apprehended Ashayla Davis following a brief fight when she attempted to flee into her home.

According to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, “Ashayla Davis was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant, and charged with resisting arrest.” Her total bond was set at $200.00 by County Court 5.

Davis fled on foot before being captured, and the incident was made public.

According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, the office has launched the C4 NOW mobile app, which delivers real-time information on crime, arrests, safety tips, traffic incidents, and road conditions.
