Carnival has canceled five Carnival Breeze cruises originally scheduled to depart from Galveston in 2027, the company confirmed Monday.
One voyage was set for Jan. 11, 2027, while the other four were planned back-to-back between March 5 and March 22, 2027. According to Carnival’s website, the Carnival Breeze typically sails Caribbean itineraries lasting two to five days.
In a statement, Carnival said, “As we manage a busy dry dock schedule, we must sometimes adjust our sailing schedule to accommodate planned maintenance. Affected guests and their travel advisors were informed of this change several weeks ago and we assisted in finding other sailing options. We appreciate their understanding.”
Passengers were offered the choice to rebook on another cruise or receive a refund, Cruise Hive reported in July when the cancellations were first noted.
