Bergen County – On Tuesday, Aug. 19, Krauszer’s at 184 Godwin Ave. in Midland Park sold a $10,000 winning ticket from the “$5,000,000 Fortune” game, according to New Jersey Lottery officials.
Just a few days later, on Friday, Aug. 22, Bergen County saw another big win. A “Big Money Spectacular” ticket worth $30,000 was purchased at Route 4 Petroleum LLC, 70 Route 4 East in Englewood, officials said.
In less than a week, Bergen County racked up $40,000 in lottery winnings.
Lottery officials urge players to check their tickets at retailers or through the New Jersey Lottery app — the next Bergen County jackpot might already be in someone’s pocket.
