Arlington police continue their investigation into a fatal stabbing on N. Glebe Road

One person died and two others were seriously injured in an Ashton Heights stabbing on Wednesday evening.

Arlington County Police said it happened around 5:11 p.m. on the 200 block of N. Glebe Road. When officers arrived, they saw two males with major cuts outside a nearby business and immediately began providing help.

During the investigation, the authorities found the body of a third man inside the building, who had suffered an attack outside where the other two victims were located.

The two surviving men were rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.

According to the county, one is now in stable condition, while the other is still critical but stable.

According to police, the Homicide/Robbery Unit’s ongoing investigation suggests that the man who died instigated the attack and is the primary aggressor.

They also stated that no more suspects are being sought.

Investigators discovered many knives on the site, which may assist them figure out what happened.

The identification of the deceased individual has not been disclosed since authorities are still notifying his relatives. Police are looking for any information or security footage that could shed light on the event.
