3 Arrested And 1 Fugitive After Traffic Stop Bailout In Northwest Miami-dade

This afternoon turned tense in northwest Miami-Dade as a traffic stop resulted in an unexpected foot chase.

According to Local 10 News, at midday, after a traffic check by deputies, the occupants of a car fled the scene near Northwest 22nd Avenue and 73rd Street.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, two people were detained quickly, and a third was arrested shortly after.

Deputies attempted a stop and witnessed four persons depart a car and scatter, as filmed live by Sky 10. Three individuals were captured promptly, but a fourth remains at large.

Details about the reason for the traffic stop and the identities of those involved have not been revealed.

The issue is still ongoing, with authorities continuing to seek for and investigate the circumstances that led up to the catastrophe.

NBC Miami reported that no arrests have been made in connection with the bailout. Officials have been tight-lipped about the grounds for the first traffic stop, as well as the identities and charges that the men may face. One suspect is still at large as the search continues.
