A Columbus school teacher was apprehended following a traffic stop.
On Monday, officers from the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ryan Bogan, 33, after pulling him over for a traffic violation.
Deputies discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and other substances in his vehicle, according to the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.
He faces drug possession charges.
Bogan works for the Columbus Municipal School District. The school district expects to release a statement on Tuesday.
