One of Wisconsin’s most wanted fugitives has been arrested in Mississippi.
Authorities say Wayne Minor, 56, was wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting two women in a Milwaukee cemetery in 2018 and 2020.
In the 2020 incident, investigators allege Minor pistol-whipped one woman before attempting to hire another inmate to kill both women.
After demanding a swift trial, he was released on bond but then vanished.
This resulted in a fugitive warrant.
After receiving many tips, authorities tracked him out and arrested him in Greenville, Mississippi.
It is reported that he has been hiding here since departing in 2023.
