A woman wanted on ten felony and misdemeanor counts in Georgia was apprehended without incident by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) on Saturday evening at a vacation resort in Davenport, Florida.
Julie Danielle Freeman, 44, of McDonough, Georgia, was detained at the Solterra Resort after PCSO deputies were asked to find the wanted person.
Freeman was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Newton County, Georgia, for theft of services and account fraud.
On October 25th, at about 7:45 p.m., PCSO deputies successfully located Freeman. She was quickly apprehended, effectively ending her fugitive status.
This is apparently Freeman’s third arrest in two months, as she battles legal issues linked to her prior enterprises in Newton County, Georgia. Before she was apprehended in Florida, Georgia authorities were looking for her on ten offenses.
Freeman is now being held in Polk County Jail awaiting extradition to Newton County, Georgia, to answer for the outstanding warrant.
