Deputies from the Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office detained a man in Spring, Texas, who was sought on numerous criminal warrants out of Tennessee, including sexual assault and kidnapping.
On October 22, 2025, officers responded to the 10 block of Rosy Finch Lane on credible information from an out-of-state police agency about a wanted suspect.
On arrival, deputies arrested Michael Gaither, 22, who was discovered to have active felony warrants from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee for:
- Sexual Assault (Rape x2)
- Aggravated Kidnapping (x2)
- Aggravated Assault
Gaither was booked into the Harris County Jail on the open out-of-state felony warrant. Constable Mark Herman stated that Gaither’s bond amount and court dates have not yet been determined.
