A 17-year-old from Plant City is facing multiple felony charges after deputies uncovered a large stash of drugs, firearms, and cash during a Thursday operation that began when detectives spotted him leaving his home armed with a rifle.
According to authorities, detectives had been investigating Hector Santamaria Rosales, 17, following a search warrant executed on his cell phone. On October 16, detectives observed Rosales leaving his residence on Jap Tucker Road carrying a rifle and entering his vehicle.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop and later searched both his vehicle and home, leading to a major seizure of contraband.

Rosales now faces several serious charges, including:

Delivery of a Controlled Substance Within 1,000 Feet of a Park, Community Center, or Recreational Facility

He remains in custody as the investigation continues.
