Authorities are asking the community for assistance in finding missing 15-year-old Izabella Hernandez.
According to authorities, Hernandez’s description is the following:
- Height: 5 ft.
- Weight: 100 pounds
- Clothing: Crop top shirt, black leggings, black and white shoes
- Special identification markings: Unknown tattoo on her right hand and a scar on her neck
Police said she was last seen with a large bag.
