Harris County Man, Filiberto Ruiz, Apprehended for Third DUI Offense on Kuykendahl Road

Filiberto Ruiz was stopped and arrested for driving while intoxicated, his third violation.

Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office pulled him up on the 13500 block of Kuykendahl Road after noticing signs of intoxication.

A breathalyzer test later revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.152, nearly twice the legal limit, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

“Filiberto Ruiz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated—3rd Offense,” said Sheriff’s officials.

He was administered a battery of standardized field sobriety tests, which verified his intoxication.

His bond was set at $20,000 by the 183rd District Court, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, deputies arrested Filiberto Ruiz for his third DUI violation.
