The man who shot a drug dealer to death inside his Southeast Portland tent during a botched fentanyl robbery received an 18-year prison sentence.
While the murder of Abed Fattoum, 57, left a jury stumped in January, resulting in a mistrial, 41-year-old Kailen Guffey chose to take a plea agreement Monday rather than face another trial.
